Travel Fee:
$35.00 weekdays until 5:00 pm: Thermal, Coachella, Indio, Bermuda Dunes, Thousand Palms, La Quinta, Indian Wells, Palm Desert, Rancho Mirage, Cathedral City, Palm Springs and Deseret Hot Springs
$45.00 weekdays after 5:00 pm: Thermal, Coachella, Indio, Bermuda Dunes, Thousand Palms, La Quinta, Indian Wells, Palm Desert, Rancho Mirage, Cathedral City, Palm Springs and Deseret Hot Springs
$50.00 weekends and cities: Mecca, Oasis, North Shore
$ 60.00 cities: Whitewater, Cabozon, Banning, Yucca Valley, Joshua Tree
Notarization Fee:
$15.00 per signature: as set by the state of California
Real Estate Loan Signing:
Starting at $200 for the first set of documents
All payments are due at the signing Cash, Zelle, or Venmo
Client Responsability
All signatories on the document are required to be physically present before a notary public in order to sign and authenticate the document.
All signatories must provide proper identification, understand the document they are signing, and sign voluntarily.
It is mandatory to fill out every section of the document. The only exception is for the client signature and notarization section.
